May Release Picks
8:55 PMI've always remembered that May has always been a crazy insane month for new YA releases in the past and it's no exception this time around! You don't know how hard it was to try and narrow down my release picks this month because there are so many I would like to include but I'm going to match it with my Chapters/Indigo list and only keep it to ten instead of going way over this number.
As usual, you can find more novels which are released this month on my Upcoming Releases page. Like I said, I feel a bit bad for not including some novels but I've chosen the books I'm looking most forward to reading/buying or those which have received mostly favourable reviews on Goodreads. (That being said, I'm sure I'll still stray from the list.... I have a habit of buying more books than I really should...)

I'm jazzed about Divergent even though I've read it, I can't wait to own the hardcover. I also think Awaken looks fab!
ReplyDeleteYou already know what I'm most excited about, Liz. DIVERGENT! The wait is almost over!! The Warlock by Michael Scott is also being released this month, which I'm super duper anxious for! Not to mention The Throne of Fire by Rick Riordan which comes out this Tuesday. So many great releases this month!

ReplyDeleteHoney- Just until Tuesday and then you can read and fall in love with Divergent! My sister reads Michael Scott's series so I'm sure she's looking forward to The Warlock as well! :)
I think I'll buy a copy of Divergent when it releases. Not sure if I'll buy the new Sarah Dessen book or wait for the paperback since I have a few of her other ones in paperback and I like them to match.
ReplyDeleteJenny- I waited 2 YEARS for Along for the Ride just so that it would match my other paperbacks that I have of her novels. I don't think I can wait that long again though, lol.

I can't wait to read Divergent... I just read a couple heavier books (the Carrie Ryan ones), so I'm taking a quick break with lighter contemp, and then Divergent will be all mine! I can't believe the restraint I'm showing by not reading it right away, haha.
