The streak of beautiful covers being unveiled continued today as Lauren Kate revealed the covers of Fallen in Love and Rapture on her blog today. Fallen in Love is comprised of some short stories set in the Fallen world and will be released January 24, 2012.

If you'd like to see the cover of Fallen in Love and read a sneak peak of it, I'd definitely encourage you to click on the link above as it will take you directly to Lauren Kate's post. Below, however, I've posted the cover of Rapture, the fourth and final novel in the Fallen series!

 Release Date: June 12, 2012
Publisher: Delacorte Books for Young Readers

There is no plot description to be found yet, but that's okay for me because I still haven't had a chance to read Passion, the third novel, yet. I don't have to worry if I'm about to read something with spoilers...

What do you think of the cover for Rapture? The Fallen series may not be one of my favourites but I always can't help completely admiring the covers! I love the soft tones of blue and grey... and instead of a dark dress, Luce is wearing a white one! Do you think this will have some significance in the final novel?

  2. These books have the most gorgeous covers!! Stunning. I definitely think the white dress will somehow by symbolic in Rapture. I sort of associate the black of her previous dresses with the curse and white with purity... so maybe this means Luce's and Daniel's curse is now broken?

And in all the other covers, she's always looking down - whether in pain or with Passion, like she's reflecting on their love, on their past. This one, her head is held high, she's looking upwards... It gives hope. I feel like it's a post-war aftermath scene and she's emerging and the clouds are beginning to clear (or maybe they're actually gathering for a bigass showdown haha, I should shutup now).

  3. I love this cover, especially the background! :) The colors just look so awesome.
And honestly, I'm not sure if the dress has any significance. I haven't even read the 2nd book yet, so I'm not caught up with the story. ^_^'

  4. This isn't my favorite series, either, but I adore the covers. I think Rapture might be my favorite cover, just because of the colors. I love the image of Luce on the rocks in a white dress. And I bet you're right, and that there's some significance to Luce wearing a white dress on this cover instead of a black one.

  5. This cover is pretty! Way better than the previous one - you know, the girl with the red rose? that one I didn't like.

    :D
